• Document scanned with mobile scanner or cam scanner or photos of the document taken in mobile or camera will not be accepted

മൊബൈൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് സ്കാൻ ചെയ്തതോ മൊബൈലിലോ ക്യാമെറയിലോ ഫോട്ടോ ആയോ എടുത്ത ഡോക്യൂമെന്റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് അല്ല

• All documents should be clear, legible and readable in desktop view

എല്ലാ ഡോക്യൂമെന്റുകളും ക്ലീയറും, വൃത്തി ഉള്ളതും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിൽ A4 സൈസിൽ വായിക്കത്തക്ക രീതിയിൽ കാണാൻ പറ്റുന്നതും ആയിരിക്കണം

• The fee for name application is for 2 applications. Additional name applications will be charged additionally. Name should be given in full with addition private limited or public limited or OPC Private Limited or LLP. Addition of business with the name will have more chances to approve by CRA

ഒരു നെയിം അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ഫീ രണ്ടു പ്രാവശ്യത്തേയ്ക്കുളത്താണ്. അതിനു ശേഷം ഒരോ രണ്ടു പ്രാവിശ്യവും അധിക ഫീസ് നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. പേരിന്റെ കൂടെ ചെയുന്ന ബിസിനസ് കൂടി ചേർത്താൽ CRA പേര് അപ്പ്രൂവ് ചെയ്യാൻ കൂടുതൽ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്. പേര് തരുമ്പോൾ മുഴുവനായും തരാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. ഉദാ: XYZ Private Limited അല്ലെങ്കിൽ XYZ Constructions Private Limited.

• Two names can be applied in one application

ഒരു നെയിം അപ്പ്ലിക്കേഷനിൽ രണ്ടു പേരുകൾ അപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യാം

• Name approval is the discretion of Central registering Authority. We are not liable for rejection of name

നെയിം അപ്പ്രൂവൽ Central registering Authority യിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തം ആണ്. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അതിൽ യാതൊരുവിധ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല

• Normal time for registration is 10 working days after getting name, however delay may happen due to MCA portal errors

നെയിം അപ്പ്രൂവ് ആയതിനു ശേഷം 10 പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധാരണ രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആകാറുണ്ട്. സാങ്കേതിക കാരണങ്ങളാൽ അത് നീണ്ടു പോകാറുണ്ട്.

• Documents should be forwarded only after arranging all documents. Documents will not be accepted partially and if accepted partially, processing will be start only after reciving last document

എല്ലാ ഡോക്യൂമെൻറ്സും ആയതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രം അയക്കുക. കുറച്ചു ഡോക്യൂമെന്റുകൾ മാത്രമായി സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല. അങ്ങനെ സ്വീകരിച്ചാൽ തന്നെ അവസാനം തന്ന ഡോക്യൂമെന്റിന്റെ തീയതി മുതൽ ആയിരിക്കും പ്രോസസ്സിംഗ് തുടങ്ങുക

• No documents will be forwarded form our office without prior intimation or from government office by post or courier with VPP. We will not be liable for loss happened due to any such incidents. Please dont accept any books or stationary received as VPP from India Post or Courier Agency

സർക്കാരിൽ നിന്നോ സർക്കാർ ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നോ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നോ മുന്നറിയിപ്പില്ലാതെ ഒരു ഡോക്യൂമെന്റും VPP അയി അയക്കാറില്ല. ദയവായി പോസ്‌റ്റോഫീസിൽ നിന്നോ കോറിയർ ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നോ കമ്പനിയും ആയി ബന്ധപെട്ടു വരുന്ന ഒന്നും പണം കൊടുത്തു വാങ്ങാതിരിക്കുക. അങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന നഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്കു ഞങ്ങൾ ഉത്തരവാദികൾ അല്ല

1. Government will check the genuinity of all documents, hence please forward valid documents only. Otherwise legal action may take by government.

നിങ്ങൾ തരുന്ന ഡോക്യൂമെന്റുകളുടെ സാധുത പരിശോധിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ CRA രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ അപ്പ്രൂവ് ചെയ്യാറുള്ളു. അതിനാൽ സാധുത ഉള്ള ഡോക്യൂമെന്റസ് മാത്രം തരുക. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം നിയമ നടപടികൾ നേരിടാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്.
