Sub:    Resignation from the Office of Designated Partner and Partner of LLP

Dear Sir, 

Due to my pre-occupation elsewhere, I am not in a position to devote my time to the affairs of the LLP. Accordingly, I am submitting my resignation as Designated Partner of the LLP with immediate effect.  And also I am not intending to continue as a Partner of the LLP. I hereby confirms that no money is due and payable to me in lieu of my share, right, title and interest in the LLP business including its assets and goodwill and I do not have any claim against the Continuing Partners in respect of the LLP.

In this connection, kindly arrange the amendment deed/ supplementary deed for my retirement from LLP. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and arrange to submit the necessary forms with the office of the Registrar of Companies, Kerala accordingly.
