Compliances after Private Company registration
- First Board Meeting within 30 days
- Filing of particulars relating to Registered Office, if required, within 30 days
- Certificate of commencement of business: To be obtained within 6 months from incorporation (applicable only for companies and not on LLP’s)
- RoC and RBI compliances: In case, you are receiving any funding from any third party, we can assist you in end to end compliance (including valuation)
- Appointment of Auditor: To be done within 30 days of incorporation by passing a Board Resolution
- Issue of share certificate: To be approved in first board meeting and then issued to shareholder
- Trademark / GST registration: As required
